Application Guidelines

• Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and contaminants prior to application

• Apply at temperatures above 10°C (50°F)

• If stored below this threshold, condition the tape to ambient room temperature (15°C – 25°C / 59°F – 77°F) before use

• Always verify suitability on the intended surface through preliminary testing

Storage Conditions

• Store in a dry, well-ventilated environment

• Protect from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature

• Recommended storage temperature: 15°C – 25°C (59°F – 77°F)

• Maximum relative humidity: 50%

• Avoid storage in paint booths during baking cycles

Shelf Life

When stored under recommended conditions, Toad Tapes Precision Edge Masking Tape maintains a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. The product should remain stable, free from discolouration, and with no more than 10% performance variation at 23°C (73.4°F) and 50% relative humidity.
